    Once again, DEFINITELY not the expert here but there is some low hanging fruit.  
    1. Learn their tools.  Get into Github and figure out how it works.  Use Pivotal Tracker to comment on tickets, don’t make them come to you in a format that interrupts their flow
    2. Hire other good people.
    3. Loosecube your office and get a good crew of engineers working around your team even if you can’t afford to hire more people
    4. Involve them in marketing / financial updates.  Let them know how awesome the rest of the project is going.
    5. Don’t be a douchebag.  You know what I mean.
